Lexul Field Service has come out with a brand new feature: work order tasks! Similar to our pre-service and post-service inspections, we designed work order tasks to help control quality and job performance in the field.
Add greater granularity to work orders to guide techs by:
– Breaking down work order requirements and tasks into individual and organized assigned tasks
– Adding images, notes, and descriptions to each task
– Having settings on each task for after notes and after images before the task can be completed by the technician
– Seeing each status of each work order task
– Assigning specific tasks to items (parts & services) added to the work order
– Filtering tasks by assigned tech or attached item
Technicians can see work order tasks on the work order, and add after notes and after images to complete the task properly. They can also view tasks that are attached and connected with items on the work orders.
Work Order Tasks can empower and help service managers and estimators to ensure that the task is done completely.
