Simplify time and materials billing with our recent enhancements. When technicians log time and record which equipment they use on work orders, the time records can be imported into the invoice in 1 click. Technicians’ time and equipment can be linked to a default service on an individual basis. When selected import time, materials, and equipment on the invoice, all logged time to be added to the invoice.
A few things to note:
- Time has to be approved before it can be imported into the invoice
- Only one piece of equipment per time period is currently supported
