When communicating with our customers, we found that the fastest way to get paid for a commercial job is to include quality documentation with the invoice. This can include before/after pictures, notes, parts & services, and the manager signature. To make providing this information super simple, we created a standardized Work Order PDF that includes the information collected on the Work Order. This can be downloaded and included with customer invoices.
